Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping. All our packages come with track and trace and are insured. All packages will be sent within 1-5 business days.
All packages in the Netherlands are being shipped insured with PostNL Track and trace and are estimated to arrive within 2 business days. Other shipping companies can be used upon request.
Worldwide: Track and trace with insured shipments worldwide are free. And will be sent with UPS or DHL shipping time can vary depending on your country.
Countries we ship to
We have a worldwide free shipping policy, however, there is an exception for countries we ship to. We currently have some countries we only ship to with payment via bank transfer or PayPal invoice. Please contact us if you would like to receive more information.
Customs & Import cost
Shipping to any available country is free of charge. However, custom fees and import costs are at the customers' own expense. If for any reason, you refuse to pay the customs fees or import costs, the package will be returned. A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your item it is possible to return the item within 14 days. Returns of items are at a costumers own cost. The refund will be made as soon as we have received the returned item(s). Possible custom fees are at the customers' own expense and will not be returned.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging.
How to start a return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thehighendamsterdam.com. By sending an email with the subject 'Return request + your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Always include dust bags or an Authenticity card if the item has these. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order after receiving your product. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged means the item is not in the condition that it is described on our webshop.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
